Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unfortunately unable to make changes, but you can return the item for a full refund after you have received it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday and will process them within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Shipment will occur the next day after processing. We do not ship orders on weekends.

How long does delivery take?
It normally takes 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. However, if you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be required to pay customs duties and taxes?
Our products are tax-free, but your local customs authority may impose customs duties or taxes upon arrival of your order. Payment of these fees is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by ProStuff. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How can I return the product?

What do I do if the product I received is defective, incorrect or damaged?
If the product you received is defective, incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately by email. Include your order number, photos of the product and all relevant information. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds paid by credit or debit card will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product or requesting a cancellation. If your refund does not appear in your account, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
